I design eLearning for autistic young adults – courses built to be clear, calm, and easy to navigate, so a learner's energy goes into learning instead of figuring out the course.

The barriers I design around – unclear instructions, cluttered screens, no control over pace – slow everyone down. But they hit autistic and other neurodivergent learners harder. Removing them helps the learners I build for and makes the course easier for anyone who takes it. 

I trained for this work through an M.S. in eLearning at Cal State East Bay, after years in operations and training roles where my job was making complex information easy to follow.

I'm seeking part-time, remote instructional design work (10–20 hours/week) – project-based, freelance, internship, or employee roles – especially with nonprofits, higher ed programs, and organizations serving autistic young adults and their families.
